1. Acceptance of terms
By installing or using LodgeWise you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the application. Your lodge may also have its own member agreement that governs your use of its tenant.
2. Eligibility
LodgeWise is for use by members of participating Masonic lodges and the officers who manage them. Your access is granted by the lodge and may be revoked by the lodge at any time.
3. Usage restrictions
You agree not to: (a) impersonate another member or officer; (b) scrape, harvest, or bulk-download member data outside the export tools provided to lodge administrators; (c) attempt to access another lodge's tenant; (d) reverse-engineer or probe the service for vulnerabilities; (e) use LodgeWise to transmit ritual content, ballot tallies, or content that would be inappropriate to share outside the tyled communication.
4. Your content
You retain ownership of content you contribute (e.g. meeting minutes drafts, broadcast text, documents). By posting it to LodgeWise, you grant the lodge a license to display, store, and distribute that content to authorised members of the same lodge.
5. No warranty
LodgeWise is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operators of LodgeWise are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the application.
7. Termination
Your access may be terminated at any time by the lodge or by the operators of LodgeWise. Sections relating to ownership of content, disclaimers, and limitations of liability survive termination.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of <JURISDICTION>, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of <JURISDICTION>.
