Why lodges are leaving iMember

iMember has been around long enough that many Secretaries have simply accepted its limitations as the cost of doing business. The UI hasn't changed since the era of Internet Explorer. There is no real mobile experience — lodges that try to use it on a phone during degree work quickly give up. CSV imports break on columns you didn't know existed. Export from iMember

We provide the exact click-path for your version of iMember — usually Member List → Export → CSV. You don't need to clean the file or reformat headers; we handle that on our end.

Send us the export

Email the CSV to [email protected], or upload it directly via your lodge admin panel if you've already registered. We confirm receipt within one business day.

Review and go live

We run the import and send you a verification link. You — or your Secretary — review the result in-app before anything is published to your lodge's members. When you approve, your lodge is live on LodgeWise.

TIMELINE

What to expect

Officer time required

2–4 hours spread across two days

Mostly the Secretary's time: exporting from iMember, reviewing the import, and confirming members have been notified of the email confirmation step.

Import turnaround

1–2 business days

Once we receive your export, we run the import and have a preview ready for your review within two business days. For lodges with unusual roster structures, we'll reach out before importing.

Can we keep using iMember?

Yes, for as long as you need

There is no deadline or forced cutover. Most lodges run both systems for one or two Stated Communications before telling iMember it's retired. The choice is yours.
