Pricing, migration, security, jurisdictions, and more.
LodgeWise has two paid tiers: Lodge at $79/month (unlimited members, all features, Stripe dues collection) and Grand Lodge at custom annual pricing for multi-lodge jurisdictions. There are no per-member fees and no hidden add-ons.
LodgeWise is free for lodges of 25 active members or fewer — permanently, not just for a trial period. All features are included. No credit card required to register.
Yes. The Grand Lodge tier gives your jurisdiction an admin dashboard with multi-lodge oversight, roll-up reporting, and onboarding support for member lodges. Email [email protected] to discuss your jurisdiction's needs.
Yes. iMember supports CSV roster exports, and LodgeWise accepts that format directly. We walk you through the exact export steps and handle the import on our end — you just verify the result before going live.
Nothing is deleted from iMember — you stay in control of both systems until you're ready to switch. We import into your LodgeWise tenant, you review it, and you decide when (or whether) to cut over. There is no forced cutover.
Roster, dues history, and attendance records carry over when iMember exports them. Custom report configurations and saved iMember logins don't transfer — members re-confirm their email at first sign-in. Any annual return template that's jurisdiction-specific is rebuilt on the LodgeWise side; we add templates per jurisdiction as lodges onboard.
Lodge data is stored in isolated, per-tenant databases hosted in the United States on infrastructure operated by Cloudflare and Turso. Data is transmitted over TLS. Backups are taken daily.
Members of the same lodge can see the roster directory. Sensitive fields — phone numbers, notes, and financial records — are visible only to officers and administrators. Cross-lodge visibility is never enabled by default.
No. LodgeWise is architected, not just configured, to refuse storage of modes of recognition, obligations, ballot tallies, or any content that belongs inside a tyled communication. This constraint exists at the data model level — it cannot be switched on by an admin.
LodgeWise applies GDPR-aligned data handling practices: data minimisation, member consent on sign-up, no sale or sharing with third parties for advertising, and deletion on request. A formal DPA for EU-jurisdiction lodges is available on request at [email protected].
Members can request deletion by contacting their lodge Secretary or emailing [email protected]. Lodge administrators can close their entire lodge tenant, which permanently purges all associated data from the system.
Member profiles support multiple lodge affiliations. If a brother holds membership in lodges under different Grand Lodges, each lodge maintains its own independent tenant and roster; there is no automatic data sharing between them.
The core platform is designed for Craft lodge (blue lodge) management. Appendant bodies have distinct structures — capitular degrees, council, commandery, Scottish Rite valleys — that differ enough to warrant purpose-built support. That support is on the roadmap. Email [email protected] if your body is interested in early access.
Yes. LodgeWise ships as a native iOS app (available on the App Store) and as a mobile-optimised progressive web app for Android and other platforms. Officers and members get push notifications for events, dues reminders, and chat mentions.
Core roster lookup works offline on the iOS app for recently-loaded data. Event RSVPs and dues payments require a connection. Full offline support for low-connectivity lodge rooms is on the roadmap.
Every record in LodgeWise is exportable as CSV at any time, without asking permission. If LodgeWise ever closes, lodges will receive 90 days' notice and a self-service bulk export tool before any data is deleted. Your data is yours — that's not a marketing line, it's how the system is built.
We're happy to get on a call with your Secretary or Worshipful Master and answer anything specific to your lodge or jurisdiction.
